How long until "DJI Credit" vests?

I bought a P4P and CR a couple months ago. I've got US$24.20 in credit pending. How long until that vests and can be used?

I bought my refurbished P3P April 17th and the credit was available to use May 7th. 3 weeks for me.

On their website...

6. I made a purchase, why did I not receive any DJI Credit?

DJI Credit will be available to use about 15 days after your order has been delivered.

Thanks - I'll contact them. I've got the P4P 2 months ago and no usable credit yet! I want to order a couple things, might as well apply it to them.
