I sent my ph3pro back to dji they got it on feb.15, I haven't heard a thing about it yet and its been 2 weeks..i have gone on line to see about it but it shows nothing.. It was new and was never left the ground. I had problems with firmware and image problems so I wonder why its taken so long.. its not like they are putting the thing back together. Has anyone else had any problems getting things fixed from them and taken so long to do something that I thought would be easy for them??? thanks
