How long does it take to fix my ph3pro?

I sent my ph3pro back to dji they got it on feb.15, I haven't heard a thing about it yet and its been 2 weeks..i have gone on line to see about it but it shows nothing.. It was new and was never left the ground. I had problems with firmware and image problems so I wonder why its taken so long.. its not like they are putting the thing back together. Has anyone else had any problems getting things fixed from them and taken so long to do something that I thought would be easy for them??? thanks
 
You should have got a case number with the return authorisation. You can check online. As you say, there is probably nothing wrong with it. Just needs the firmware updated properly.
 
I just had my P3P repaired/replaced took three weeks, I never checked status other then their updates. Was informed it arrived, the problem, the repair, then shipment.

But as suggested by others you have a case number you could use for more information. BTW my repair was in Ca
