How do I change the exposure time?

I've been doing some night flying lately and I was capturing some good, or what should be good rather, stills last night, but I could not figure out out to adjust the exposure time. I know many here have noted taking longer exposure shots at night, up to 8 seconds, but how? How do I change my exposure time?

Anyway here are some of last nights horribly under exposed shots:

I tried to "fix" the last one with the Go app's photo editor, but I don't think it turned out well:

I'm at work and not connected to my P4, so I can't open the menu. Tap the lower right slider bars as shown and settings will pop up.

You have to click the "manual" tab in the camera setting view, then you'll see the exposure options.
