Help with Sport mode!

Hi, for some reason when I switch to sport mode my phantom 4 won't let me. I get the following message;

" Warning cannot switch flight mode. Turn in multiple flight modes to enable Atti and sport modes."

What does this mean? Someone please help. I am going on my fourth week trying to figure this out.
