Help please Mapbox not working

I see this has been talked about many times but I have a phantom 4 Pro Plus with a built-in controller. My map has not work since buying my drone. I've talked to DJ I and done everything I can to get it back is there anyway someone can please help me. DJ I is not able to help

This was posted as possible fix for others but worked for the op(@CR125Honda )

I just bought a plus as well and went through the same thing, no maps in go4. Is that what you mean?

If so, this is what got me squared away ( will take about an hour) by the time you go though settings again):

I followed the instructions Pro+ Controller Firmware

he talks about finding the firmware at dankdronedownloader. This link will get you right to the spot you need to go to find the 01.04.0100. Dank Drone Downloader - Web App

I did not update my drone firmware.
