help ph4 pro ipad mini 4 wont go past equipment screen

ph4 pro. Cant go past dji go 4 screen on app. Worked fine last time I used it.

Please give us some more details. For starters:

• Did anything notable happen between now and the last time all worked as expected? (e.g. did you crash?)
• Did you install new firmware since the last time all worked as expected?
• What happens and what do you see when you try to go past the DJI GO 4 screen?
• Anything else important we should know?
