Help on Phantom 2 Gimbal

Hi could anyone advise me if the Walkera G-2D Gimbal will fit on the Phantom 2?

I am new to drones and I am looking for a 3rd party gimbal cannot afford a Zenmuse at the moment but want something to hold my Go Pro 4 in position.

Any advice is appreciated.

They mount a Walkera G-3D but the upperplate of the gimbal is the same.
