Help getting Drone for my Classroom!

Kids are not really looking for the latest tech drone. They need to understand how drones fly and how are they controlled. They should also know the limitations/ restrictions and FAA rules.

I suggest buy a cheaper drone first.

A Syma X8HC is only around $100. It has altitude control so it is very easy to fly, rugged and has an HD camera on an adjustable gimbal. It also has what is called 'Headless' mode which means that stick directions are the same regardless of where the drone is pointing, really good for beginners.
