Hard to remove battery

So I got my P2 NV yesterday, and I notice that it is REALLY hard to get the battery out of the P2. It slides back in well, with no effort. But getting it out is a real test of strength. Is it supposed to be that hard to remove?

Evidently, all of them are that way.

It will get easier after about 20 times. At least mine did.

It's actually a good thing is the last thing you want is the battery coming out mid air. Just squeeze the plastic grips very hard and it should pop out
