H3 3D - turned to a side after crash

Hy guys,
after a crash the Gimbal faces rifhght side and twitches. I tried to hard reset it twice and reinstall the sw upgrade but same results. Is it a software problem or smtg broke inside and have to send it for repair?

* I noticed that the gimbal plate has still the red light and not the green expected, but in the software the gimbal appears updated..
