GROUND STATION SHOWS "script error"__Request help (solve)

GROUND STATION shows "script error" message and then finally it showed up with a connection error message (attached images). How to solve this issue? I already reinstall google earth and earth plugin, but the result is the same.
Anyone have the same issue and know the way to solve it.

No solution, yet.. still waiting for the DJI support to answer my request..

Hey Guys,

DJI answered my request. Google Earth has no more api, so Groudstation 4 is not longer usable. Only on Iphone or Ipad. Or for the latest flight controllers you have to use the DJI Lightbridge. I hope I was able to help a little!
