Green, Red, Red flashing rear LED's - what does this mean

New to the Phantom 2 Vision+ and can't get the Phantom to acquire a stable green flashing GPS signal. I get green, red, red after start up. I have run the compass calibration but this signal still persists. Any suggestions?
