GL300B Controller will not update

1 My DJIGO app will not update the controller. It will not recognize the current firmware version in the controller.

If I turn it on and the AC I can get minor camera controller (no picture) but can swivel the camera. I have seen the reply from 2015 saying that there is no need to update the firmware. But, when i got the drone and controller nothing would work, so I tried to downgrade the software from the DGI app, and now nothing works.

2 I am also wondering if their is any diagnostic software for looking into the controller and AC?, It would seem that a technician would most likely have some sort of software for looking into the controller and AC before doing any repairs.

3 I do get flashing yellow lights on the AC, when I power it up

I am not aware for any leaked diagnostic SW for Ph3. There are leaks for newer platforms, but the software requires direct connection with DJI's internal servers, so it's useless anyway.

The only diagnostic helpers we have are made by us. For example I made a graph, though for a different issue:
Fix no video feed / black screen / no image transmission / no FPV on Ph3 Pro

To diagnose the RC, check the files Dji Go writes on your mobile device, "upgrade_component_UpgradeP3xRcComponent.json" in particular.
