Gimbal flex ribbon connector damaged. See pics.

Hi Guys. Two questions please. Someone broke clip on connector and glued gimbal flex cable.

1. How can I remove glue without damaging connector ?

2. Where can I find this connector to solder new one on.

Maybe use a solder gun to soften the glue?

... or depending on the type and temp rating of the glue, use a hair dryer to soften the glue? Try and keep the temperature low so you don't heat up the surrounding components too much.

gonna be a pain no matter what but if you get the glue off check here for the connector
