Gimbal Buzzing loudly and vibrating.

Hello, P4P+ is giving me some issues as the title says. The camera seems to operate okay while in the air,but when it's on the ground you can feel the whole gimbal vibrating a lot and making massive sound. I've tried the auto calibrate while no result. Not sure what's going on. I've only had it a few days now and it's been up only a hand full of times.

Anybody else having similar issues or know any ways to fix it without having to deal with the folks at DJI?

Thanks for the reply. Although this problem started before the new firmware was installed. I installed the new firm ware this morning and still having the issue. Reviewing the footage before and after the gimbal problem i'm noticing the video/stills are also unfocused/ shaky. The drone hasn't been crashed and the only thing I've done with the gimbal was to reattach the plastic gaurd it comes with for transport.
