Getting challenged by someone while flying

Let him call the cops...who cares. What are they gonna do? They can't confiscate your bird. They can't ticket you because it's not posted. All they can say is not to fly there...that's about it. Then you can mention that it should be posted like all the other rules.

They probably could confiscate your bird for evidence, but they should write you a receipt saying they have it too. I think there was a post here about a national park ranger being able to confiscate a drone.

We had a shooting near here where the cops shot a man. People around the incident had their cell phones recording it. Police detained them all, and got a warrant to seize their phones for evidence purposes. When they got them back, all the video and photos were erased.
