GetterBack water retrieving device

Can any one recommend or use the GetterBack water retrieving device? There's an old post on this (2014)
I wonder if any body had to use it. I was considering getting one.

I have 3 birds and 3 GetterBack's on the skids like this .
I have never had a bird go down in water but have had one on a rod that went down and it worked great .
Took a few minutes to activate but came up and did get rod back .
.

Never had a bird go down but use the Getterback when flying over water. I did test a couple of them & they deployed properly.
