Are you asking if a remote controller comes with the Phantom 3 4K? If so, yes. A remote controller comes with every new Phantom.

Thanks for your patience with me. I only as because I saw an Ebay add for a new 4K without remote and battery charger at the same price as one that just showed the picture of the drone body. I could not find information in the add that told what was in the box. Hope that made sense.

As long as the Phantom is new in a sealed box, it'll come with a remote controller.
