Welcome to the forums! :)

I assembled my own kit with an Immersion transmitter, the Mini OSD and a 7" monitor with a built in diversity receiver. The brands you choose are up to you. You can get these items from many hobby shops locally or on the net. Since many members are ditching their older birds for new, you might try putting a wanted in the classifieds for the gear you need.
Also, if you haven't already, check out youtube for "how-to's" so you can see what is involved to make it all work.

There are SO many possible variants...
But as a bare minimum you'll need a transmitter for the air side, a receiver and monitor for the ground side. There are combo monitor/receivers that you can buy, saving you a purchase.
Once you're flying fpv you'll notice a troublesome lack of information on your screen, so then you may have to look into OSD options.
Amazon, ebay, HobbyKing, GetFpv, BangGood, etc can supply you with equipment.
