Yeah I saw that and wanted to share and get some thoughts from others, in the US all we really have is the one case in the supreme court from the 40s involving the farmer where they ruled that 80 something feet up. This is a hot debate atm with people shooting neighbors drones etc so untill legislation is finally passed here in the states it's a grey area. The shooting of drones cities or counties restricting or flat out denying flying etc. Interesting stuff to follow as it pans out for sure lol.
