in theory. If you fly in Europe, and come from the US? You should change your FCC setting on the transmitter to CE mode. You would also need to be aware of rules and regulations of the country/ies you were flying in. Ignorance of the law (they say) is no excuse.
CAA regulations here in the UK are similar but NOT the same as those in other parts of the world and some of the mainland European countries have quite strict rules regarding unmanned aerial systems.
