What considerations would you have flying your drone in countries other than your own? Radio frequency allocations differ from country to country. I know that with ham radio we need a special license to operate outside our home country. Thanks

in theory. If you fly in Europe, and come from the US? You should ;) change your FCC setting on the transmitter to CE mode. You would also need to be aware of rules and regulations of the country/ies you were flying in. Ignorance of the law (they say) is no excuse.

CAA regulations here in the UK are similar but NOT the same as those in other parts of the world and some of the mainland European countries have quite strict rules regarding unmanned aerial systems.

Hope this helps
