Flying in really cold

Here's some footage I shot at -10C. Phantom did very well, no problems whatsoever. Maybe it heated the battery longer than usual. :)

Nice. I too have flown at -10... that's about my limit. I had no problems either other than my hands freezing! I find you have to work fast to get the bird in the air before the battery cools off...

Just be careful, DJI says that stress cracks around the motors becomes more likely in the cold.
 
One problem I have in the cold is the ipad pro shutting down after about 30 minutes, depending on how cold it is.
