Wow! Seems most all of Scenic Hwy. 1 is out of bounds now. Can't do much there anyway with the road being closed due to that landslide anyway.
Some areas around Ventura south are also out of bounds due to it becoming some National Park where it was a bunch of smaller state parks before. Reaches along Mulholland Drive inland too.
Yeah, most of CA beaches may soon become NFZ with the birders out there getting into the mix. Pay a few thou for a permit and they'll look the other way.
