Flying and checking my P3P, any experience?

So I am going to fly JetBlue and I am bringing my bird. I will have to check it as it will not fit in overhead. Any one have experience? I have a GoProfessional hard case with 3 Lipos. Thanks in advance

Don't attempt to check the LiPos.
They must go in your carry on.

Don't forget to open the pressure equalising valve - there was a story on the P2 forum a while ago about someone who didn't do this. Thile at 50,000', the outside air pressure dropped, the air inside escaped, but when it landed again, the case squashed like a coke can and ruined the contents.

Ok, Lipos will be with me with my carry on. I also heard I need to have them in a fire retardant bag.

@happydays, can you imagine?!?! I would be devestated
