Flickering White Dots Help!

Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? I've shot some footages in 4k, exposure locked, custom color profile mode, but I get flickering white dots in some places of the clips.

If you see this clip in 4K, you will see what I am talking about.

I don't see "white dots". Are you talking about the moire patterns?

I don't think they are moire, unless I am mistaken. How would I go about fixing it? I know how to downscale the clip, but even though I do that, it's still there...

I have the same problem on Phantom 4.
There is a solution?
It should be (a cheap) flat cable?
Or should be some (expensive) electronic boards?
