I took some screenshots of the issue that I'm experiencing in post.
At first, I thought the flickering dots were moire, but in most of the clips contain these dots.
Is there any way to get rid of them?

Camera Settings:
-1, -3, -2
Cinelike-D
Manual Exposure
C4K (4096 x 2160)
23.976 fps

Its your exposures. I have seen these around quite a few time's. White Balance....Horizontally due to high contrast in scene's. Notice the difference in the scene from left to right, top to bottom. Really bright, vs much dimmer. Still images other than screen shots from video will tell you. But, my bet is, that's the issue.

I did use an 16nd filter during most of my filming, so I set my shutter speed to 50.
As far as white balance, I set it to 5600 Kelvin every time, so I don't know if it's because of that.
Also, I used the Cinema 4k, instead of the (3840x2160). I checked after coming home that the white dots are not as apparent when using the regular 4k.
How would I fix this issue in post production?

Sorry I can't help you, but I have a similar problem but a lot worse. Am still trying to fix my problem.
