Flashing yellow lights, no WiFi signal!

Choose "Connecting MIDI devices".

I get this problem if I don't power up in the proper sequence. Turn the bird on, then the controller. When the green light on the controller is lit, connect your phone/tablet via USB cable to the controller.

Maybe someday :)

Surely the empty sd card us the problem?
No. You can even remove the memory card if you'd like.

Try the following:

1) Shut down your Phantom and remote controller.
2) Restart your Samsung Galaxy.
3) Turn on the remote controller.
4) Turn on your Phantom.
5) Wait 30 seconds.
6) Verify that the cable between the remote controller and Samsung Galaxy is connected properly.
7) Swipe down from the top of your Samsung Galaxy and verify "Connecting MDI devices" is selected.
8) Start DJI GO.

If that fails, try the following:

1) Reinstall DJI GO.
2) Use a different USB cable.

Still no joy. The rear lights on the quad are flashing yellow and not green

What kind of Samsung Galaxy are you using? I don't think the "15th" is a valid model.

return that one and get a new one maybe faulty unit

That's one of the devices DJI recommends, so there shouldn't be an issue compatibility-wise. Do you have a different mobile device you can try?

I'm using my wife's S7 and it's connected! Just doing a firmware update.

No idea why my S5 isn't working. I've uninstalled the app, so I'll re download it when the firmware update completes

Good news -- finally! :)

No problem. Enjoy your P4 :)
