I use the YouTube audio library for most of my music. All the tracks in their library are fair game, but some require a credit in the video description.

Soundcloud has some creative commons tracks that you can use on YouTube.

I should also mention that some of the music on Soundcloud might be rejected by YouTube, even if it is under Soundcloud's Creative Commons Licenses. It seems YouTube is pretty picky with the music it allows.

I've had the most problems with Vimeo. Sometimes I can cut the beginning or the end and it won't recognize it but not always.
