About to fly my Pro 4. Are there any settings I should change before my first flight. Beginner mode? Just want to be comfortable with it. My first drone was a Veho Muvi Xdrone and it made me so gun shy of flying.

If you haven't already done so, make sure you read and fully understand the Phantom manual before your first flight. You can download the Phantom manual from the Phantom downloads page (it does not come in the box).
As for the settings in DJI GO, review them all prior to your first flight to ensure everything is setup the way you'd like. Until you get the hang of flying, try to find an area that is wide open and free of all obstacles.
