First flight this evening - WOW!

Well I took advantage of the last dry day this week and took the Phantom out for her maiden voyage.

All I can say is WOW!!! I've flown a little toy quads before but the Phantom is in a different league! I stuck to beginners mode and wasn't very adventurous but even then, the footage I got was amazing, it's so steady!

So yeah I think I'm well and truely bitten by the bug. I'm really glad I've got an extra battery coming because I don't thing one will be enough!

Lol 2 isn't going be enough either when I got mine a few months ago I bought 4 extra and burn through them

The fun gets better and the addiction gets worse, have fun and read read read, take the time to understand all the settings and take no shortcuts. Nice to see your having fun.

Me too! I had the wow feeling too - still do. Like you I came from a toy grade quad and the phantom is in a different league altogether. Have fun and enjoy.
