P3 Firmware Firmware update

I just got my Phantom 3 4k. It is awesome. I am new to the whole drone world and I have a question on the firmware for my Phantom. I unboxed it and got it all set up. I know that on the Phantom 3 4k, the firmware should have the follow me, point of interest, and other functions on it, but I cannot find it. I have done everything that the DJI website calls for, and I have called DJI. Their solution was to re-install the app, and then to fly it for a bit then try to find these functions. When I looked on the website for updating the firmware, the instructions are different for the 4k vs the Advanced and Professional. Can someone help me out?

did you fly it then change switch ?

While in flight switch the left hand switch all the way down into "F" mode. Once the switch is changed you will see those options on your GO APP screen.
