Hi, I've tried to update my firmware several times, after installing the drivers for the Vista system I'm using. Each time I've failed I get the same message, Delete File Failed: Code 5. I've looked on line for ecplantion of code 5 to no avail. The assistant keeps telling to update, then I get this.
