Firmware bug?

Hi

After updating my drone to the latest firmware, the remote shows that it's connected to the aircraft but the "No Signal" prompt appears and i can't see anything. I'm still able to control the drone but i can't see anything on the feed from my phone. Has anyone found a workaround for this? Please help!

I had, and still have, the exact same problem. Since the upgrade I have no HD video download. I havenot been able to reinstall the firmware on either the controller or the aircraft or wind it back. I have tried multiple times using both the DJ GoApp and DJI Assistant 2. Contacting support was deeply unhelpful and rapidly resulted in a request to return it to repair. All had been working fine moments before the upgrade.

Plenty of threads on this already, might do a search and read some of the more promising ideas.
If you call DJI they will likely run you through hoops and then want you to send it back... bad idea except for the very rare actual failed unit.
