Find parts and fix controller VS buying a new/used one?

Anybody ever try to repair a P3A controller? Try to find circuit boards and replace them?
How hard are they to find and who sells them?

Is the cost of the parts worth the trouble or am I better off just finding a nice used one?

I have 2 perfectly good drones sitting in my garage with 2 broken controllers. It sucks to be me right now.
