Has law changed any 2016 drones for business, do you still have to have a pilots license?

Not yet. At the moment everything is the same as it has been for a while now. Maybe later in 2016 things will get easier.

If you are a 333 exempt operator, and designated as PIC, you will need a Pilots License.
