Have tried several times on different browsers to go the FAA link for CAS authorization instructions. Each time I get an error message "page or file you requested cannot be found"

Anyone else have this problem or have a workaround?

Governments frequently move information or delete it altogether without posting new links so it requires more effort for us to find it.

Check out this site and scroll down to "Where can I fly under LAANC" then click on "manual process to apply for an authorization". I hope this helps.

The FAA websites are notorious for frequently changing links. I'd suggest you start here to find the document you want:
