I see some commercial drone operators still advertising operating under Exemption 333. Is this still relevant?
Isn't this now covered by FAA 107 (and it range of available exemptions) and "Exemption 333" is not needed to operate commercially?

Basically, if they already have a Section 333 Exemption, they can continue to operate under its provisions throughout the 24-month licensing window.

I would tell them to apply for 107 Certificates, because depending on their operations, the 107 may be less restrictive than remaining under the 333.

Certainly is, especially the pilot and observer provisions of the 333 exemptions which are removed under part 107!
