Drop pins 2 or 4 what’s better?

Yea I saw that but the interpretation can be vague since their Chinese. It looks like more than 2 can be used it says if additional are needed but is that if 1 is lost or for better protection from accidents? Has anyone used 4? Does it work? Does it cause issues? Should I use 4 only in certain situations? Or is it a bad idea all together?

I have a Phantom 3 SE and had the same doubts when I got it and read the manual . I decided to use all 4 and has never had a problem . My bird flies smooth and never had any stability problem.

Personally I leave only two drop pins as per DJI’s recommendation. However, I have also loosely looped two small tie wraps around the other two holes.

These do not affect the rubber anti-vibration balls but offer me the peace of mind that the camera won’t be left hanging if for whatever reason one of the (two) original ones pop out.
