My process
1.88 + Debug
1.76 + Debug
Phantom NFZ is still on
1.64 + Debug
1.53 + Debug
1.41 + Debug
NFZ is still in

RC is downgraded to 1.58 using replacement method

Is NFZ written into the hardware?

DJI Pilot、DJI GO、Litchi,These have been restricted to flying

(I come from China and need to use Google translator to communicate. It may be inconvenient. Sorry)

Let's start with the basics-

1) exactly what model Phantom?
2) what tablet or phone are you using?
3) are you using the latest version of GO?

Thank you for your attention
1) P3A,firmware Starting from 1.09
2) ZTE BV0800,Android7.0
3) 3.128 Can see the P3A RC firmware 。But what I use is2.42

The first downgrade to 1.76, I used the 3.1.28APP to view the firmware information, and then uninstall, install 2.42 again, go out, there is a no-fly zone.
Then I upgraded the aircraft back to 1.96.
1.96->1.88
1.88->1.76+Debug
1.76->1.64
After that, with DJI GO2.42 、DJI Pilot1.10、 and Litchi、 there was still a no-fly zone.

(Google grammar is a bit weird, can you read it?)

Don't worry your grammar is fine. I'm sorry, I wish I could help, but I think I'm in over my head. I don't have any experience with the P3A.

At first I thought you might just need an older version of Go app but I see you've already done that.

Hopefully someone better than me will come along soon.

Good luck
