Does the 500M max altitude limit apply to phantom 2?

I have a simple question. Does the 500m max altitude limit that applies to the P3 AND P4 also apply to the phantom 2?

No and that's why I love my P2V, you can go as high as you want, but really you should stick to whatever your local laws allow
