Does anyone have email address to return DJI survey?

DJI sent me a customer survey that I very much need them to read but the tab to submit it only responds with a reply in Chinese that means "error in submitting" almost. Please reply if you have this.

Well it didn't say that on the link I copied. But that explains why your submit button doesn't work.
