Do I take it apart?

So my problem looks like a loose wire inside the phantom. I owned a couple of Phantom 1's a year ago. and I took them apart, and did mods, etc.

For some reason, I am hesitant to take this one apart. Technically, it could hit the courier and go back to B&H. I could purchase a new one.

I need a little support here. What should I do?

Why not open it up and look before resigning to sending it away?

There's no label or other means to detect you've opened it up.

Be very careful with the small phillips screws at the end of the arms.
Use a proper driver and tool alignment to prevent stripping the head(s).
