DJI Yikes

Here's something to think about:

In China, there tends to be a strong relationship between private enterprise and the communist party government, no matter how much the two try to distance themselves from each other. It is hard for companies, and people in other parts of the world who have not worked with China to understand just how intertwined business and politics is in China, much more so than in most other countries.

Captain Bill

IMHO, that symbiotic relationship exists in almost every country in the world, regardless of the country's political system. Democracies, republics, authoritarian/communist/socialist states.....they all have the same basic relationship with private enterprises, the degree of the relationship varying with the political party in power.

This whole idea has been around for a few years but keeps coming back, this time it was raised by someone who knows nothing about it talking to a rather dubious news source that's happy to stir things up.

And then posted here without saying which news source, or which congress member.

Manufactured outrage is on the rise because people are still tuning in and sponsors are still paying for it.

Agreed. I hear way too much "well they say". Who is they? And show me real evidence. News doesn't even count as factual evidence any more.
Noam Chomsky writes extensively about manufactured consent and the propaganda machine within our own borders.

I can't imagine that you are really believe such a stupid idea.
Spying with DJI drones? What they can get by this?
A paranoia is spreading all around USA very often. What for gods sake should states be afraid of? Is somebody trying to attack you? I can take all this only as a joke.
