DJI Tech Support Slow.....but well Done

I had issues upgrading my P4PObsidian, with Crystal Sky Mnitor. Couldn’t figure it out. Went online at DJI Tech support. The process was not hard, though the wait time for responses to query’s was slow. They did however rectify the issues I had and were very gracious. Back up and flyng
