Hi, I just got Phantom 4 . DJI won't let me sign in to my account on two different tablets, does anyone have a fix pleeeeese!!
 
Are you able to log into your DJI account here? If not, reset your password on that page.
 
No I can,t sign in on either tablet, although I can on my pc, I contacted DJI support but they are no help!
 
What happens when you try to sign on from your tablets?
 
It just returns to password page and message no network connection check internet connection,which I do have.
 
Try restarting the tablet. If that fails, re-install the app.
 
Which model P4 do you have?
 
When you try to login are you connected to the RC and AC as well?
 
I know the OP said P4, but this thread sounds so much like a P3S thread.

I realize this may sound really silly, but you wouldn't by chance have your tablet in airplane mode of have the Wi-Fi turned off would you? This is very strange otherwise.

IOS or Android? And what device (s)?
 
That could be part of the issue. I have read around someplace that Kindle Fire is not compatible. IT 1101, I have no idea what that is.
 
Yeah its os is supposed to be compatible with DJI, kindle will at least let me do some limited flying
