DJI GO crashing on flight syncing

Hi all I have started having the issue of DJI go crashing when I try to sync flights. Just started about a week ago. Happens on two different iPhones. Yes I have deleted and reinstalled without luck.

Any ideas? Is DJI not supporting go anymore?

GO is still supported.
I assume that there are no connectivity issues while in flight?

No everything fine with flying. I start syncing flights get to 3% and app turns off. Tried one month, 3 months & sync all and crashes every time.

I think the issue is in the app under privacy-device information authorisation. This has to be on for syncing and it is on. I tried turning off and on several times now without success.

And you only have one drone to be sync?

Do you have internet conection when syncing,,the odd thing is your devices shutting off when app is open when syncing,,that almost tells me djigo cant run due to internals of devices used,,have you always used this device,,did your flights return after new install of app,,I sync on all,not that it should matter

I have more than one drone. This has never been an issue before though.
