It's the Auto Exposure setting. If unlocked (like in your screenshot), the exposure will be auto adjusted as needed.

Another question. I want to change expo values. When I change the value the numbers are red. The value is not saved. always return all three to 40. Why.

Make sure your Phantom is connected to DJI GO and press the enter/return key on your mobile device keyboard after changing the setting.
