DJI Go app always comes up with calibrate compass.

Every time I start the app it says calibrate compass. I've calibrated it a few times but other times I've just flown it and everything seems OK. I recalibrated the imu, gimbal and compass but it still keeps coming up. Any ideas?

Where are you starting the app (inside/outside)? Have you tried starting it up in a different location? What is the exact message you see?

I'll take a screen shot when I get home. I do it outside and the first screen to come up is where the imu shows its warming up etc. The compass always shows calibrate next to normal.

That's just there so you can calibrate it if you want to. If you need to recalibrate the compass, the DJI GO app will display a message at the top. Otherwise, I'd recommend you recalibrate per this guide.

Thanks for the information. I thought that's what it might be but I wanted to make sure. I haven't calibrated my P2V+ in awhile and it's just fine.
